On the login screen tap 'Forgot password', enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. Open it, set a new password and sign in again.

A trip is posted by a traveller who has spare luggage space on a route, with a flight date, max weight and price per kg. A shipment post is created by a sender who needs a parcel carried, with a delivery date range, weight and package type.
Tap to create a new listing and choose Trip, then enter your route (from-city to to-city), the flight date and time, and optionally the flight number. Set your max weight in kg and the price per kg, and publish.

A listing expires once its date has passed, so it stops showing in the feed. Each account can keep a limited number of listings active at once depending on your level, and you can buy extra active-listing slots in the app if you need more.
Enter the from-city and to-city in search to see listings for that route. You can then narrow the results with filters such as price, weight, minimum rating, verified-only, user level, and following-only.

The feed is shown in a weighted-random order that rotates, so different listings get fair exposure and you don't always see the same ones on top. If you want a fixed order, use the sort options (date, price, weight, rating).

If you are a sender, open a trip and send a proposal to the traveller; if you are a traveller, open a shipment post and send your proposal to the sender. Add your details and price, then wait for their reply.
If the listing allows negotiation, you can suggest your own price and the other side can counter with a different one until you agree. If the price is fixed, that amount applies and cannot be changed.
Open the conversation and choose to accept or decline the proposal; you can also send a counter-offer instead. Once accepted, the deal moves on to pickup and delivery.
Each conversation keeps a single active deal so both sides always know which parcel and price are in play. Complete or cancel the current deal before starting a new one in that chat.
That is a system card showing your deal's status and its changes, such as a new proposal, a counter-offer, acceptance, pickup, delivery, or cancellation. It updates as the order moves through its steps, so you can follow the deal without scrolling back.
A shipment moves through these steps: proposal pending, accepted, picked up, delivered, and then confirmed/completed. You can follow the current status on the order screen and get a push notification when it changes.
The receiver confirms the delivery. After the traveller marks the parcel as delivered, the receiver confirms it and the order becomes completed.
Yes, either side can cancel the order, but you have to give a reason. Open the order, choose cancel, and enter why.
If you and the other person can't reach an agreement, you can open a dispute on the order so the issue can be reviewed.
The delivery price is agreed and paid directly between you and the other person — the app does not hold or process this money. Only paid extras like promotions and extra listing slots go through the in-app checkout.
Open the conversation and type your message, or attach a photo with a caption. You can reply to a specific message by quoting it, and you will see a typing indicator and read receipts.
Yes, you can edit your own text message, but only while the other person has not read it yet. Once it has been read, editing is no longer possible.
When you delete your own message it is removed for both of you and a "message deleted" placeholder appears in its place. This works for any of your messages.
Open the user and choose block; this hides their listings and stops the chat between you. You can do this any time you feel uncomfortable.
Once an order is completed, both you and the other person rate each other with stars and an optional comment. Open the completed order and leave your rating.
There are five levels: new, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. Your level is based on your activity and the ratings you receive.
Stay active, complete more orders and earn good ratings. Consistent activity and positive reviews move you up to the next level.
VIP places your listing at the very top of the feed, above everything else, so people searching your route see it first. You pay for it through the in-app checkout.
Featured keeps your listing inside a position band near the top of the feed: Top 10 among the first 10 results, Top 50 among the first 50, and Top 100 among the first 100. A higher band gives better visibility.
When you buy a boost you choose the duration: 1, 7 or 30 days. Pick a longer one if your trip or shipment date is further away, so your listing stays visible until then.
The price depends on the type (VIP or the Featured band) and the duration you pick, and you pay in the in-app checkout. You can apply a promo code to lower the price.
A promo code reduces the price of paid features like promotions (boosting a listing) and extra listing slots. Enter it at the in-app checkout when you pay for those extras.
Yes, each promo code has an expiry date, so use it before it runs out. Some also require a minimum order amount to apply.
Share your referral code from the invite screen with a friend. Your friend types it in the referral-code field when registering, and then both of you get a promo code immediately.
Yes, there is a cap on how many referral rewards you can earn per period. Once you reach it, you can earn more in the next period.
Yes, rate the app on the store and you get a promo code as a reward.
Prohibited items — anything illegal, dangerous or restricted — may never be sent. If you're not sure a parcel is allowed, don't accept or send it, and remember the traveller can refuse anything suspicious.
Yes, always. Ask the sender to pack the parcel properly and to let you see what's inside before pickup, so you know it isn't a prohibited item. If anything looks wrong, cancel with a reason instead of carrying it.
Verified users have passed KYC — an official document and a selfie checked by a moderator — so you know who you're dealing with. You can filter the feed to verified-only, and when you meet to hand over a parcel, pick a public place.
Either side can cancel an order with a reason, and if you can't agree you can open a dispute on the order. If someone bothers you, block them — that hides their listings and stops the chat.
