Terms of Use

1. General

By using Wawatair you accept these terms. The platform is an intermediary connecting travellers and senders.

2. User obligations

Provide accurate information, do not send prohibited items, and treat the other party with respect. Violations may lead to account suspension.

3. Payments & fees

The agreed price is set between the parties. Promotion (VIP/boost) services are paid and subject to a separate tariff.

4. Liability & platform role

Wawatair is only a technology platform that connects travellers and senders. We do not own, buy, sell, inspect, pack, carry, store, insure or deliver any item, we are not a carrier, courier, freight forwarder or customs broker, and we are not a party to any agreement between users. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wawatair is NOT responsible or liable for, and gives no warranty regarding:

  • the contents, legality, authenticity, quality, safety or value of any item carried, sent or received;
  • loss, theft, damage, destruction, deterioration, leakage or contamination of items during handover or transport;
  • non-delivery, partial, late or wrong delivery, or either party failing to appear;
  • prohibited, restricted, illegal, dangerous, counterfeit or undeclared goods and any consequences of carrying them;
  • customs and import/export rules, duties, taxes, inspection, seizure, confiscation, fines or penalties;
  • any payment, deposit, refund or settlement between users — payment for the carried item is arranged and made directly between the parties, off-platform; we do not hold, guarantee or mediate it;
  • fraud, scams, misrepresentation, false identity, non-payment or bad faith of any user;
  • any personal injury, death, property damage or financial loss arising from an item, its handover or a meeting between users;
  • disputes or any consequences of the arrangement between a traveller and a sender;
  • flight cancellation, delay, route change, force majeure or any event beyond our control;
  • the conduct, reliability or eligibility of any user — verification is a check, not a guarantee.

Each user is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including customs, aviation and prohibited-item rules), for the item's contents, packaging and declaration, for arranging their own insurance if desired, and for the full agreement (price, terms, handover, delivery) with the other party. Any dispute is solely between the users involved. The only amounts Wawatair charges are for its own paid platform services (e.g. VIP/boost, verification), which cover features on the platform and do not make Wawatair responsible for any transaction between users.

5. Safety & message monitoring

You acknowledge that authorized staff may review in-app messages to prevent fraud, ensure safety, and resolve disputes.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
