Wawatair is built on trust. These rules keep the community safe, respectful and honest — and protect everyone who follows them.
Core principles
Respect
Be polite to everyone. There is no place for insults, threats or discrimination.
Honesty
Give accurate details in your listings and chat — weight, contents, dates.
Safety
Keep all arrangements and payment inside the app, and meet in a public place.
Do and don't
Do
- Deal with verified users and read the reviews.
- Show the parcel's contents in advance.
- Leave honest reviews after a deal.
- Report suspicious behaviour immediately.
Don't
- Don't send prohibited items.
- Don't create false listings or fake profiles.
- Don't move the conversation outside the app.
- Don't impersonate others or spam.
Breaking the rules: accounts that break the rules get a warning and may be restricted or blocked. In serious cases we contact the relevant authorities.
